>Pour grape juice into the container until you've filled roughly half of it, chop the nata de coco into fine pieces, then put them into the juice and mix so it gets distributed evenly around. Put the popsicle stick into the mix, then put the container in the freezer for about half a day. Next, mix water and syrup at a 4:1 ratio and pour it into the container on top of the frozen juice mix. Put the container back into the freezer for another half a day. Wrap a warm towel around the container to make the finished popsicle easier to remove.
