You'd think people would have learned to expect absolutely nothing and still end up being disappointed but all they do is keep hoping the next game will finally be the open world MMO with all regions one and then get butthurt when it's not just to do the same when the next game gets announced. Pokemon fans have stockhold syndrome or something. Or battered wife syndrome. I don't know. It's now wonder Gamefreak keeps getting away with it with fans like this.
