There are lots of interests I have but I struggle to get myself in to engage in them. I'm a little bit better at taking care of myself on a basic level, but not as much as I should be. I hesitate to use the word "depressed" since I don't wanna self diagnose, but that is the best single word description for how I feel that I can think of.
