Also skills like Extra Helpful and Ingredient Magnet are hard to calculate appropriately due to all the various factors and variables they they can output, so from what I've messed with, they're actually not included in the output totals for pokemon that have them. If you add up the Jolteon's berry and ingredient power individually, you'll see that they match the power output listed up top. So in all likelihood, Jolteon's Extra Helpful S will exceed Raichu's Charge Strength S, but there will be highs and lows.
