I think I hate these players more than the people who abused the Lucario bug. At least they WANTED TO WIN.
I understand people who want to dominate early game to snowball like Absol players. I understand people who have a late-game fantasy like Gardevoir and Garchomp players. But Pikachu does neither. What little presence he might have at the start of the game is easily invalidated by either a gank or smart play. After that he just falls off too hard. You might say he brings some utility, but if you wanted to play a more "supportive" attacker why not just pick Ninetales?
Anyone who picks Pikachu despite knowing all of this deserves to get a Cacturne shoved up their ass.
