If we exclude legendary-esque pokemon from gen 7 like the UB's and Tapu's, everything else is.....hot garbage in terms of competitive viability.
I can't think of a single other gen that has had this issue. Look at these fucking Pokemon. Have you battled people using any of these? What? Alright Toxapex gets a bit of use sometimes. That's all. That's literally all. How can this entire dex have nothing strong in it?
I refuse to believe it's all the lack of SPEEDS fault.
