As far far the WHY of what I said...let's just say it's a concept much more grandiose and higher order than any form of the Pokemon League. But that's all HUGE plot spoilers and something exclusively only for people who make it deep enough into my story writing
since I am an RPfag and enjoy actively throwing 2 characters together as a pair for a story to actually REACH that point and see what happens for themselves.
