Politoed, Pelipper (I know you said don't think in those terms but I can't separate the Drizzle, Swift Swimmers, Dry Skin, ect in my mind at this point lol), Goomy line, Lotad line, Swampert (all water starters I guess), Bulbasaur, Kyogre, Zapdos, Lugia, Castform, pretty much any mon that benefits from fire being weakened, electric types in a thunderstorm like Pikachu line, Electivire, Mega-Manectric.
