I just bought a used copy of HeartGold and I'm going to transfer over the Pokemon of the last person who played the game before I delete it. There aren't very many at all; it's clear they just ran through the game and turned it in, probably a kid or just someone who's not a big fan. The problem is, you have to leave one in the party. So which do I leave behind? Maybe it would be the most graceful to leave the first following Pokemon in his party? Or maybe I should keep his bro, give him a legacy? None of them have nicknames, and none of them are rare except Ho-Oh and the red Gyarados. I just want to give them some love. But who do I leave behind? This is really sad for me, guys. They should just let you wipe your game and transfer all your Pokemon and items.
