I found the most annoying thing to be limiting the regional dex. I know it's a soft reboot, but I don't like finding the Route 1 Rodent and Bird in most of the mid/lategame routes. I didn't like it in DP, and I sure as hell don't like it in SM
Other than that it's a solid game with decent exploration and probably the best story of the mainline series.
