I really like the evo line in pic related.
Sewaddle has a nice, simple design, and the gimmick to show off its secondary typing manages to be synchronous with the rest of its design, a trait that continues throughout the whole family.
The colors are pleasant and manage to fit with both of its types nicely.
Swadloon looks comfy and grumpy at the same time without looking dumb.
Evolving that grumpy motherfucker with happiness and then having this final form have a big dumb grin on its face is nice.
Even though leavanny is the worst designed in the line IMO, i still like it for reasons I can't quite put my finger on. Its just cool and not too complicated.
Also, for whatever reason, sewaddle feels really gen 1 or 2 to me and swadloon feels really gen 3, and those are the ones I'm most nostalgic for, so that probably helps.
