Just a couple obvious observations but still something I want to point out
>Starter Pokemon always seem to default to Blaze/Torrent/Overgrow abilities
>Starter Pokemon are the only ones to share abilities, otherwise it seems they try to give every other Pokemon a unique ability
>It doesn't seem to matter if the ability is a hidden ability for the Pokemon or not. For example, snow warning on a-ninetails and Pixilate for Sylveon
>Sylveon is the only Pokemon in the game to have different abilities from its preevolution form
So, going off of this, what Pokemon what you like to see added to the roster and what passive/ability do you think they should have? If we go by my arbitrary rules, let's say that the Pokemon can't have a preexisting ability unless its a starter.
