A Water Pulse strikes Magmortar square in the pot belly with so much force that he falls over on his back. The super-effective hit washes out his transformation and turns him back into Celebi.
"C-Celebi?"
Celebi hops up now that he's no longer a hulking monstrosity of a fatass and starts hovering again. He WOULD attack, bu a flock of Torchics start circling his head.
