Togekiss will be immune to Ground, Dragon, but most importantly able to shrug off a lot of Fighting type pokemon and immediately threaten them. It also has extensive team support and offensive options that other Fairies just don't. Togekiss will not only be the best of the type, but likely the only significantly viable one outside of maybe Mega Mawile because Huge Power gives Mawile an effective base Attack of like 200+
