New Year's would be the easiest, because we can just go along with what their calendar says. Christmas could be celebrated sometime around the PMD word's winter solstice, for convenience. Easter is the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox, so as long as we know when the equinox is, we can still celebrate Easter.
Although... Capim Town is in the southern hemisphere, so the seasons are reversed compared to the northern hemisphere. So we may actually celebrate Christmas around the summer solstice, and Easter after the autumn equinox, for example.
