Since it looks like Pikachu might view Poipole as something of a rival, Pika and Naganadel will probably learn to work together to perform some electrified Devastating Drake combo to beat Ultra Necrozma before it sets off Light That Burns the Sky.
Alternatively, Poipole never evolves and Naganadel is shown off under Dulse's care, since his reference sheet seems to imply GF originally intended for Dulse/Soliera to evolve their Poipole eventually.
