>>25039817Warped type is kind of confusing because it doesn't even pretend to make sense in regards to type match-ups, but thankfully it's not that difficult to memorize what it does. It's immune to Wind (notably, that means spinblocking!), resists Steel and itself, and is weak to Poison, Fighting, and Sound. Offensively, it's SE against Steel, Wind, and Illusion and is resisted by Dark, Poison, itself and Fighting.
There's also two other changes in the chart outside of Warped now being a thing; in the base game, Nether was resisted only by light (thus making it similar to pre-Gen 6 Dragon), but the expansion made it so it was also resisted by Sound. That's still fewer things that resist it than any other type in the game, but does mean that defensively you can check it without using a single specific type. To compensate for this, Sound is now weak to Electric (which otherwise would be kind of ruined by Warped types being a thing).
