>>54530744As someone who is more-or-less versed in the work market, I have very mixed feelings about both, unions sure SOUND nice, but very often they're just commie dick suckers who don't work for shit and want free gibs for doing almost nothing, not to mention the fucking policies they expect you to follow, on the other hand, having a general lack of supervision over the things bosses put over their workers can very easily lead to shit as well, it's like a shitty tug-of-war where both sides are consistently trying to fuck each-other, or it can be a lot more nuanced, it's very hard to say who's right on the matter outside of determining intent.
