They barely got any screen-time, and the little that they did was overtaken by shitty Looker lore. UBs are relevant to the story, but that certainly doesn't mean it's ABOUT them.
Also, literally every single other pokemon that got a movie about them had lore in the game. There's no reason for Magearna to not have any info in-game. You're just defending Game Freak being lazy cunts.
