well it isn't
they are doing all these old and perfect designs drity by creating these abominations
i'm pretty sure kids don't even like them
nobody wants to see ugly facial hair where it doesn't belong
cross gen evos that came out after gen 4, mega evolutions, regional variants, gigantamax mons, etc. were all a cataclysmic mistake and they have forever ruined pokemon designs beyond repair
the series is doomed to have at least 30 of these unholy abominations every gen instead of 150+ brand new designs like unova
