>>39501997I geniunely think he doesn't because he's been locked in Aether, his underlings do collect info but Guzma was randomly found in the fields of Poni by Mina. There's a chance he knows but I think that if he did, he would likely capture Guzma and hide him to keep using Plumeria. Who knows.
Also this manga has excellent grunts.
