Meow being Gren-like is alright, but Owl needs so many things to help it do anything. Thousand Arrows would be so good on it since gen5 they decided to cull EQ/Ground coverage from most starter's movepools. Victory Dance would also help both its forms to at least attempt an offensive role instead of relying on the massive amounts of setup(s) that go nowhere or Choiced shit.
Also a Grass STAB that doesn't suck dick would be nice too, Leaf Blade is too weak & Solar Blade is too situational, at least Poltergeist into Sneak is a great combo.
