The number of Basics is what fuels Arceus without having to commit to all of them, & even then you may not even bring in Arc if at all depending on how slow your opponent is.
While Gren can be clutch for softened up KOs or Cyrus shenanigans, it will always be in the same group of Stage2 supporter Benchmons as Gredevoir/Serperior, which as of late has been used solely for potshots regardless of the deck's energy which is boring.
This just happens to encourage Benchmons coming up to bat with Gren shining where it can.
