I think his mother was the Zoroark and that Ghetsis is his biological father. I agree that N is Pokemon Jesus, but he's also Pokemon Abe no Seimei. From his mother he inherited a liminal nature between human and Pokemon and from Ghetsis he inherited the bloodline of the ancient royals, who were either peak human Übermenschen or some kind of Nephilim-like superbeings. That's why N can talk to Pokemon and why both he and Ghetsis are so tall. AZ is a pureblooded remnant of the same lineage.
