Ash and Greninja already share a similar color scheme, so Ash-Greninja isn't that drastic of a change
Decidueye is brown and green, which is completely different from Ash and Greninja's blue and white.
The Ash features blend well into Greninja's design, but they just look tacky on Decidueye.
