>>48689453check what a level 51 13 attack iv lugia's attack is vs. a level 50 15 attack iv lugia. if it's exactly equal or greater, i would say abso-fucking-lutely. lugia is such a tanky fucker that a few missed defense or hp ivs don't matter much. it's the attack iv that is most important in ML in my experience.
i think pvpoke is underestimating shadow lugia rn. for example, i'm running my shadow lugia with a perfect iv dialga. lugia destroys fighting types and resists ground attacks. i'm still debating my third (probably lando-t) but this seems extremely powerful.
