Heal Block stops Aqua Ring from activating every turn (though you need to refresh it ever 5 turns), and Wonder Guard protects you from all of Kyogre's attacks. If it had a Paralysis move it'd be even more perfect. Just T-Wave it at some point in the fight with something (Sync Ralts?) if you want.
