Koga is a pretty difficult match up and in testing I won a game due to having Aero tank a hit and denying them the point from ko-ing the fossli.
It wasn't that amazing though and only lets me live 1 extra turn really as a meat shield, which is what having 2 Sabrinas does too, allowing the use of early Sabrina as a tempo play for better stalling, though there are definitely games where the 2nd Sabrina is dead weight, potentially the first one too. They are definitely kinda bad against Koga given everyone is strong, but it's good against Pika to help stall early game and to help secure prizes or easy kos later game if you need it, which Aero doesn't help with due to the lightning weakness.
I don't know how well aero techs against other decks but he is potentially around the same use as a second Sabrina in the misty match up, better if it's a Starmie variant forcing them to have a Gio.
I think I'll probably keep it better suited for the PIka match up, which also means double potion since if you can stall out long enough to have both copies then it forces Pika to have a Gio to 2 shot, same goes to Starmie which is, scary, honestly. Even just for single potion use having 2 ups consistency, though potions also have a tendency to not mattter in a lot of games.
Ultimately I see that including Aero, losing a Sabrina, improves the match up against Misty and Koga (and other random dark shit), at the expense of the pika matchup, and it probably doesn't fare too much better against Charizard unless you try to gust him back into the deck which is two turns of precious energy that Mewtwo isn't receiving, and same goes for A9 but the statistics say that M2 is the favored match up here anyway.
Just theory crafting and fine-tuning.
