In Liberty Garden, Victini's Room has to be my favourite. I often thought that Victini was locked in it's room for years, unable to ever take a look outside, probably depressed. And then the happy-go-lucky music that plays in the background seems like it tries to hide this; Sort of how the happy music in Clock Town is so effective in Majora's Mask with the moon looming over.
I don't know, it's just depressing to me, but I love it because it brings emotion to it.
It also made me train that Victini, it ended up becoming my favorite Gen 5 Pokemon. When I trained it, I felt like I was showing it the outside world and all.
