Seriously? It's just a never ending cycle of banning powerful Pokemon; mons they wouldn't need to ban if they kept valid strategies like Double Team legal. The chinese dude who won VGC this year proved that you don't need arbitrary bans and tiers to keep things balanced; you can win with almost any Pokemon as long as you can find a good niche for it. Ffs it's not even official, it's just something a bunch of butthurt neckbeards made because they don't like Nintendo's rules.
