weird I was only overleveled by 1 level on 2 pokemon on the seventh badge. Everything else was on par or less than the ace. And Cynthia is higher level than me after I tried to go back to trainers I passed. Sinnoh route design with free use HM moves makes alternate paths much fun to engage with, and you still fight trainers.

this is 6th gym, Crusher or Fantina?

lmao I tried to cap myself with 4 Pokemon, but second Cyrus crit OHKO'd my Froslass w/Thunderbolt because I went for hail and then lost the match from there. obviously I skip trianers and box Pokemon getting too uppity, been using the herbs after amie shit won me a badge. beat Steel dude, I enjoy how Sinnoh routes allow for trainer avoidance, and with the HM-Free exploration it isn't a hassle to engage with alternate paths. That being said, this was the first gym that I was two(2) pokemon one level above his ace. Last gym I had some amie shit but the calculation wasn't so bad so I took it. Started force feeding my team the herbs from now on. Still kinda cheesed about distribution as I don't see any fun 6th until post-Waterfall.
