He's wise, out-going, and a perv for Cynthia(anime only). He's also pretty involved with stopping Team Plasma in BW. For instances, he assists you in finding the legendary stones and even battles their King, N, at the Pokemon League. Though he retires in B2W2, he still offer his teachings to kids in Floccesy Town. A great grandpa figure in my book. Not to mention that he had a sad backstory, which consists of his partner pokemon dying in his pursuit of power.
