I can see Dawn release extroverted "Kita Kita" aura to almost blind introverts like Liko and Dot. But can Serena do the same thing without being too far off her character?

Honestly Serena's official game art makes her look more extroverted.

At first I thought Serena's biggest advantage over Dawn was boobs. However Game Serena is 17 year old and her breast barely big at all. If anime Serena can develop big breast as adults then that's mean Dawn can do it as well since both of them are fictional and the anime doesn't always follow the game. In fact I believe Dawn should have the biggest bust since her design is the blandest.

Therefore Serena's only biggest advantage over Dawn is her honey coloured hair that pretty overshadow many girls including Korrina.
