>>21946939Blissey bases are useful. Filename explains it all but these six are located in the Secret Meadow. Use the PC in your Secret Base to scan the codes then challenge them (you can Fly there if you've been there before). Once you beat them in their base you can add them to your base as Pals and re-battle them in the same day, though you have to wait a day after scanning the code until you can battle them.
Once you're able to use the Level Release decoration you can battle them at Lv.100 too. O-Powers and Lucky Eggs (which you can get off Pelipper with DexNav) help a ton too.
