It is what it is- a lightly floral, sparsely populated mountain at the edge of the world, its far from everything and lovely for it. It's almost a reward, and that sells how long, far, and high you've come than more a straight serious (which we get in Victory Road anyway) or more deliberately subdued tune (Sinnoh) does.

Dialga/Palkia, while the story setup to the fight is super abrupt, actually tries to whisk you away into a titanic battle at the top of the world.
