Also why is Game Freak so scared to buff ice. They probably know there is a problem because they introduced Freeze-Dry to make ice pokemon able to deal with water type, and Aurora veil to mitigate the fact that ice had a lot of weaknesses. But they always pussy out: freeze dry is only 70 bp so in most case it will be worst than ice beam and running both make you lose one move slot and aurora veil needing hail make it useless except for Alola ninetales.
