Gameplay and donut fucking feels tedious, new big mega fights are more and more "just get the specific counter pokemon and roid it to level 100 with free candies from hypershitholes and proceed further" and shiny hunting so far is kinda shit in the hyper holes
And I feel like the odds are kinda shotty too compared to the base game, no matter how many YouTube thumbnails show off multiple shinies, I've been doing almost constant shiny hunting after the dlc came out and only gotten 1 zubat, compared to how much yhd base game throws shinies at you
And fuck the time limits, fuck sneaking up on pokemon and ball throw distances, fuck the input lahs and fails snd the lock-on straight up refusing to work and fuck the dlc
Still gonna play it though but the enjoyability of it compared to the main game is only half even at its best. So many dropped balks and straight up bad decisions, it's a fumbled up mess and feels kinda forced rather than genuinely thought out. Not even Aishacunny can save this.
The side quests are pretty nice though, but so we're the main game ones. Honestly if this was like 10 dollars I probably would not feel as strongly of this but as far as a 30 dollar dlc, fuck no it's shit/10 you done fucked it up
