>>23175833Standard set, because it's the most effective. Only flexible thing I would say is exchanging one of the moves for Knock Off. Other than that, every deviation pales in comparison to the SB, WoW, CM, Rec set (unless it's custom-fitted just for the team it's on).
I have fun running this guy with Fire Blast, Dark Pulse, Destiny Bond, and HP Electric.
