For the Galactic Admins I used picrel, SC Jasmine or SS Blue is enough, I am confident you can also use either Sabrina. Dawn is still 1/5 not EX, the others are EX. Barry did it even with just +3 Speed, sure SC Jasmine extra sp.def drops are comfy but not crucial when you go nuke anyway, her regen was more valuable for Dawn.
