Plenty of people would love to change things on their team during the tourney, but they don't because they respect their competitors and the rules of the tourney. Just look at how Octavius (pic) handled it when he realized he was violating the rule. This guy however proved he has NO respect for the other people playing here, and clearly and knowingly and DELIBERATELY broke a rule that is stated over and over on how serious we are about it.
There should be no preferential treatment just because someone has been around here for a while, a deliberate violation of the rules should always mean disqualification. Why should we let cheaters stick around and continue to play with us after they say to our face they don't respect us?
