Niantic knows 99% of all spoofers already, they just don't have the manpower to go through all the details to avoid false positives so they're being careful with banwaves but you're 120% fucked if you have botted or spoofed. My assumption is that they'll do another banwave on December or January before implementing all the anti-spoofing tools they got on Ingress. They need what little income spoofcucks provide for now but rest assured they will be 99% wiped out except for the smartest ones as soon as they've filled their quota and release the Christmas event/gen II/shinies/alolan pokemon/trading or whatever they have in stock to revitalize the game.
You can tell yourself this is not true but I know that without a doubt, Niantic has already flagged almost everyone using FlyGPS and whatever other stuff spoofers use and they'll be dealt with like botters.
