The quality of the show don't matter much at this point(Journeys is not very good). Seeing Ash and pikachu win after all these years feels so good it's crazy. Ash becoming world champ is kino by deafult.

Also if they want to start a new anime with a new protag, making them get inspired to start pokemon training after seeing Ash and Leons Match on Tv would be a nice move to start a new Show on.
