It seems that their stance on the situation is less prevalent than Giratina, but yet bound to the same will and destiny due to their closer vicinance to the Giants than to Arceus's vision. It seems that at first they were free to roam their universes, but probably after rebelling to Arceus or getting closer to their brother Giratina, Arceus doomed them to an existence of containment as well.
