Your goal is to be able to beat a training stage without anyone dying so you can use skip tickets to easily farm more materials to level up more characters and unlock level caps. Then you can make those useful characters stronger, beat the higher levels, and repeat, but now you'll be getting significantly more materials allowing you to strengthen your characters faster.
