>>57442129>>57442133>>57442138I'll close this out by stating that, while I'm generally not a fan of Japanese music, with my two top picks from the country being Intestine Baalism and Sigh, nearly indistinguishable from Europeans and Americans in how they conduct their art, I will say that I did listen to Buck Tick recently, and it was... pretty good? It reminds me of some gothic rock like Fields of the Nephilim, Porn-era The Cure, Great Annihilator-era Swans, and London After Midnight. I might check out the new album. I also tried listening to X Japan, which was apparently metal enough for the Metal Archives, but it was just ok, although a pretty good imitation of what Europeans and Americans were doing in the 80s. I'm not as big into 70s/80s metal as I am into 90s onward.
Good night.
