He only posted it in May because he had no reason to believe it was true until Parabolic Charge was revealed. The second half was given in May, but the info it contained was confirmed between June and July (info from the original February leak was also confirmed during this time). The only part of the leak that was "last minute" was the English names of the Pokémon revealed in May.
