There's a good chance there's much more oxygen than our atmosphere, think back in the megafauna and megaflora days. That's why everything can grow so fucking big. It'd also help humans be sturdier too to not be completely fucked by pokemon in early evolution stages.
Also, since evolution is literaly a five second process, if you believe that, then the planetary stages go by much faster and are much more interesting.
Also, it's confirmed that there is life outside of their earth. Clefairy, Deoxys, Beeheegyem and who knows what the fuck else; they are not alone in the pokemon universe and they know it. We haven't really seen anything more about space exploration though
Also, obviously, ambiental protection is much, much more advanced and enforced there which means the planet itself is in general healthier. It has to be, because if you just go chopping down forests and flooding huge areas like an asshole, regular pokemon will all come for your ass, and if you somehow get past THOSE there's a high chance a legendary will just come down and smack your shit where you stand, just like Tapu Bulu did. So humans are forced to respect nature, by nature itself, because if they don't they get wiped the fuck out in an instant, none of that "in five centuries" bullshit.
Basically, everything is much, much fucking cooler.
