IF a pokemon continues to be OP after a moveban, then just return it to banned status. But until I see Blaze Blaziken wrecking chop in Ubers, I'm sticking by my opinion.

Example: Venomoth, who is banned from UU because of Quiver Pass. There is an example of a pokemon ruined by a ban - outclassed in OU, but would be just fine with a single move ban in UU (in this case, ban Quiver Dance combined with Baton Pass).
Heatran is IN a teir, not a banlist, so doesn't need to be reworked.
