First, there's a gym in the Red Brick City. That's where the League opening ceremony we've seen bits of in the trailers happens. Most likely you aren't allowed to fight the leader there at first and have to do Milo and Nessa's gyms before you can do that one, who would be Kabu and likely is Fire type.
The one you marked as "4?" is Bea/Allister's gym, and we know they can't be the 4th gym cause the Affleck leak didn't list them at all and said the 4th gym was an actress named Opal.
The Rose Stadium you marked as 6 we've also seen in the trailers actually. It's the only part of London we've seen and it's only been from the inside. Pic related, you can see the curving silver parts of the "petals". This area is most likely where the Champion Cup is held. Another shot showed Leon fighting in it and saying that he doesn't lose to someone named "Raihan" who we can't see.
My guess is that the game starts with us seeing Rose and Leon in the Rose Stadium on TV or something, with Rose doing the "Welcome to the World of Pokemon" speech and throwing out the weird teapot mon people noticed (again, pic related). Then we see Leon beat Raihan in some kind of showcase or replay of the last league, then it cuts to us in Tutorial Town watching the broadcast before heading off on our journey.
