if fly; sit in bushs or on sides of walls and activate fly when they over commit to a fight, steal, or dunk. follow fly with flame charge. enemies also tend to group up near dunk zones letting you get extra value from fly and flame charge.
use fly and flame charge as escape dashes. ult is ok to use to panic escape.
you can steal rotom or dred with fly, but the best tactic is to use ult to push opponents away from those objs to put distance so weakened teammates can finish up a dred steal or something. ult can also push rotom back if he gets too close to your goal zone to make time for reinforcements.
